GO7 Problem

I have a GO7 in a MS Pacman that seams to be taking 170V from the isolation
transformer. I replaced and check the iso and I'm positive that the
voltages going into the iso is at 120V on the hot and 0V on the neutral.
The funning thing is that when I check for voltages on the power inputs for
the GO7 hot and neutral both show 170V. I believe something is wrong here
and I don't have a spare monitor at the moment to test with, I was wondering
if anybody have had this issue before?

P.S. Everything seems to be grounded correctly...
