WG K4600 monitor problem

The WG K4600 in my wife's Centipede is on the fritz. The screen is rolling
in a way that doesn't, to me, look like just a sync problem, but since I
haven't had an arcade monitor go out like this, I'm relying on my memory of
adjusting the verticle hold when our TV actually had one.

Does this look like just a vert or horiz sync problem ?

Bizzare thing is I just put a Bob Roberts cap kit in it a few months ago.
