Stopping autoresponder mail loops

I've removed Steven from the lists -- when you come back you'll have to
resubscribe to both lists (raster/vector).

Folks, PLEASE make sure if you set up an autoresponder that it does not
respond to mailing list mail ! I would venture to say that this
autoresponder has serious bugs in it. Majordomo sets the

Precedence: bulk

flag, and no autoresponder should ever respond to 'bulk' mail.
