Replacement for a part from a Robotron sound board?

I clumsily snapped one of the parts off my Robotron sound board today, and
I'm looking for a replacement.

There aren't many markings on it, but it's a silver rectangle, about
1/2"x1/2"x1/8".

One the top edge, it says:

3579.545
KC

On the side it says:

1107863
-1
E///D
7-81

At first I thought it was a cap, but now I'm thinking maybe it's a
crystal/oscillator? Anyone know for sure what it is, and where I can get a
new one?

Any help would be very appreciated.
