        Sounds to me like a crystal. Specifically, it's a 3.579545MHz
"colorburst" crystal, so named because that's the subcarrier frequency for
the NTSC color signal in a TV broadcast. (Which means it's a _very_
common, and thus very cheap crystal; you can probably even get it at your
local Radio Shack.)
