I, Robot Reset line

  I have an I, Robot pcb I just got in. It boots to a garbage screen
and I am using a jamma switcher for testing. My question is, do I need
to do anything with the reset line at pin 4? I'm fairly sure I do since
the cpu reset is held low. Anyone know if this reset pin is held low,
high, or is there more to it? Thanks for you help.
