Yes, it is an UR SI Deluxe L shape. It does have the custom IC. Didn't get
alot of time to work on it this week, but I did manage to swap the Daughter
board from two others, one with the custom, and one without. Both did not
change the problem. So it appears to be in the motherboard.
There are two p8216 chips haven't dug through the schematics to see what
those do. But sofar I've not been able to turn up anything with a comparator
and logic probe.
