FYI: Signature Analysis tool available

John had requested a tool that allows him to generate a Fluke signature
without having to go through FIDE. This works at the command line, and
can process all files in a given directory. (It'll handle zipped ROMs as
well). It does require MS .NET framework v1.1. You can find it here:
