Speed Freak shifter

Ok, roll call for Speed Freak shifter knob. Mine is solid black, slightly
smaller than a pool ball (just like in the flyer).

I know there are at least a dozen Speed Freaks on the group, and more that
people have seen. One guy (long ago on RGVAC) told me his had a 2 ball. Be
interesting to see the variation.
