RE: where to get parts?

Ok, so I searched for the numbers on those RAM chips and neither of those
places (Jameco, JDR) came up with a match. The chip has TMS4016-15NL and
P8227 on it...so what do I want to order if it is not an exact match?
Also the crystal description at Mouser is "ECS HC-49/U MICROPROCESSOR
CRYSTAL CRYSTAL 12.096 MHZ"...should I order it?
