Yes, absolutely! I like having gravity bullets. Also, having the # of
bullets/shots be selectable (or a #define somewhere) would be most
excellent as well.

Yes. Though I personally would like to see levels where fuel wasn't an
option. Also, if you have the ability to run out of fuel, you might want
to make sure there's some sort of timeout governor so the game actually
ends.
