I had a deflection board that had wobbly vectors - turned out
that the low voltage section was generating a really nasty
wave for the +/- 25v. Check yours with a scope and if bad,
change the caps in the LV section and then if it's still bad, change
the big caps.

I picked up my gravitar with wobbly vectors, and the only problem
was a bad cap in the HV unit. Now many other things can cause this, but it
was pointed out to me that C901 and C902 are the first things to look at.
Mine was 902, and it was visibly swollen.
worked for me!
