Black Widow: shaky video

Have a slight problem with my Black Widow that I hope somebody can help me with. The video shakes vertically a bit and is most noticeable in the high score table. In the demo mode and during gameplay its not noticeable - but when I go to enter initials in the high score table, there is a definite vertical shaking (more than the common vector flicker).

The monitor (WGK6100) has just been capped with a kit from Bob Roberts + the extra upgrade parts. I have an LV2000, but its not installed yet. Just don't know if its the monitor or the vector generation portion of the game board.
