The HP C200 Digital Cameras are pretty nice if you're looking to spend less
than $300. It's got 1 megapixel (1152 x 872 pixels), 24 bit color and takes
really good pictures. You can almost always find them on ebay new in the box
for $250 and less. I just got one recently.
Doesn't play mame though. :)
