The main thing for me is just to see what everyone has done for the yoke
drive electronics. I have looked at most of the discreet designs for this
drive, and they are all about the same...

The yoke board won't be removed, just connected to the wiring of the new
"chassis" board.
This way, all of the appropriate vector protection circuitry can be
implemented there.
I better get going on the prototype board layout, I may throw another
schematic over the fence for review... (if I'm in the mood for some healthy
abuse.)

Well, we have found winding sources, but nothing local, and nothing cheap.
I agree, $10 would be nice
Please follow any leads you can....
By the way. We can still use yokes from old systems along with the new
boards that I will be making.
One of these days, I will put up a survey site so everyone can voice their
opinions on their interest in this project, and if they can afford it.
