AM2901's + RAM

I think my previous attempt failed to send (a lot of server troubles at where
I work), So here I ask again:

I am looking for 8 2114 (or 9114) RAM chips and 4 AM2901's (the 40 pin 'custom
atari' tempest AUX chips).

I would be really happy if someone offers there for a reasonable price, if you
have any of these lying around plase let me know!
