Yep-- I actually got their address from a car-restorer guy at work. That's
where I saw the ~$150 home-powder-coat kit. The downside to the IR cure
lamp is that it's like $450. (So my $50 Asteroids cabinet will have a
control panel that costs $99 for a sand-blaster, $150 for a home-powdercoat
kit, $450 for a home IR cure lamp. ;-)
Makes me wish I would have kept our old environmental shock-chamber from
work though. Would have been good as an oven. (We ran out of room for it
and couldn't find a buyer so we ended up putting it outside for a few weeks
with a big "do not touch" sign until someone stole it for us. ;-)
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. If I try powdercoating it I'll take
picture along the way to show how it goes...
