Well, according to Duncan Brown, you really *DO* need to worry about flames
and burning down your house! I know he's posted on this subject numerous
times in RGVAC but my searches on deja.com aren't getting any hits.

I would personally never leave a G08 on w/o being in the same room because
I'm not willing to risk my house. But this is only based on Duncan's
experience, not my own.

OK, so we are talking about normal 'magic smoke' that means the machine is
toast, but I shouldn't really be worried about the cabinet bursting into
flames and burning my house down ?
