Wow, You got that right! As I mention in the HV faq, these damn things can
test fine on the meter. Then, the first time power and a load is applied
after the board has sat for about 15 years, the damn brown jumpers decide to
open. As I say in the faq, "pull them out, and step on them, HARD".
