Star Wars Scaling Problem

Got a Star Wars board that is having problems. The problem is most apparent
on the SCALING test screen. There are no Matrix errors or hardware errors.

On the first part of this screen it draws a box that slowly and smoothly
shrinks. About 3/4 of the way down it seperates at the top and shifts to the
right. On the next scaling part (binary & linear) where it shrinks the box
and stops at points along the way, it does just as it should with no
seperation or anything.

Any ideas on where to begin looking???

Oh yeah, I have adjusted the linearity and BIP on the boards to their proper
settings.
