I have seen this a ZILLION times and G U A R A N T E E that this is the
problem:
There is a tan/brown/yellow-ish capacitor that looks a bit like a 1/2 size
"chicklet"
(gum candy) identified as "C4" on the AVG. One or both of the legs are
broken or
it is missing. That'll be $30, please! :>
