Atari "promo videos"??

Hello,

     Has anybody ever had a chance to see any of the "Atari Promo Videos" ??
I'm not sure if they are for real, but there is an operator from central PA
that says I can buy a whole box full (about 20 tapes) for $100. Supposed to
be footage of Atari arcade machines for distributors to generate sales, and
date back to 1980. I think he says they're all on Beta, which makes it seem
"semi-believable". Do you have any info on these? Are they for real?? I'd
hate to pay the $$ and get a bunch of mid-80's "Tramiel era" 2600
commercials....
     I'm also worried about the conditions that they were stored. They were
in his warehouse, and it gets very cold in there in the winter...
     Would these conditions ruin the tape?
