Actually, no, STARHAWK used digital, 8-way joysticks; speed control was
accomplished by the "Slow" / "Med" / "Fast" buttons located to the left of
the stick.
I would tend to doubt it actually _was_ a STARHAWK panel, though, as it
would have been rather a poor fit for RIP OFF in terms of control layout...
more likely, some operator took it upon himself to replace the left/right
rotate controls with a 2-way joystick. (_Why_, I couldn't begin to guess,
but I've seen stranger things done to games by operators...)
