_Tollian's Web_ board

Hey, group! I've got a question for everyone.

I've got a board for a game called "Tollian's Web," which I'm told was a prototype that was never released into general circulation. It's a color X/Y game by Atari, and I'm also told that it kinda fits into a _Major Havoc_ cabinet. I've never played either game and I have no schematics, so I don't know for sure.

This board has TWO 6502 microprocessors on it, and pin 40 on both of them is stuck low. This is the main *RESET line, which is an active-low signal. As long as it stays low, the processors won't start. These *RESET lines are not connected together and are generated indepedently from other chips.

My question is this: Does this board expect to get a master reset pulse from another hardware source, such as the game's power supply?

        Thanks!
