Also, I noticed that an Atari Medium Res monitor I have (ADI? Maybe a
Disco?) uses the same Rauland tube that the Amplifone does. So, you might
be able to find a medium-res Atari game (Toobin? 720?) and "borrow" the tube
from that in a pinch. (And just put a modern med-res monitor in the
raster-game.)
