Quantum Chip

Gang,

A question from Scott Lemon in Australia.

Does anyone know what chip is supposed to be at location 1B on a Quantum
PCB?? Bottom right hand corner. Atari part #137290-001. It might be a
PROM,PAL or custom chip, anyway there's an empty socket and I want to see
what should be there.

The schematics are apparently no help - it just lists the part number.

Any help would be appreciated. We think this is the only Quantum board in
Australia.
