Hantarex BW vector monitor??

Hello all,

Today, an online friend from the UK asked me a question regarding a
deflection board for a Hantarex monitor in his Asteroids upright. At
first, I thought he was mistaken as Hantarex never made a B&W
vector???

But his reply indicated that this was indeed true as his upright was
manufactured in Italy and sold/operated in Germany, the monitor is a
Hantarex.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I did not know that Atari ever
manufactured machines in Italy?? The monitor must be rare as well?

As a side note, he indicated that his cab finish was a very high
gloss, almost like it had a mylar surface....
