BZ board still not working, Please help

Hello,

     I'm still stuck on this Battlezone main board problem. In test mode, I
get 2 low "boops" (2114 @ H2 and J2 are good) and then 2 long "beeps" (2114 @
A1 and A2 are bad). Allready socketed and replaced 2114's in A1 and A2.
Socketed and replaced ALL LS244's and LS245's. Roms and sockets all good.
Rebuilt power supply is good, powers a wroking boardset fine.
     In play mode, I'm not getting WD resets, but I get nothing at all on the
screen, and random noise for sound (almost like tank moving sounds).
     Chip select (pin 8 of 2114's, VRAM0, active low) at location A1 and A2
is sticking high or low. Pins 15,14, and 13 of the 74LS42 @ B4 are all stuck
low.
     I'm not really sure how to troubleshoot the address selector. Should I
be checking this with the WD disabled? I'm really stuck on this. Any help
would be appreciated!
