TECH: Need Tempest Help Please!

Hello Folks,

I have another Andy 'Trial and Tribulation'. Look what's happening to my
poor Tempest (Included images below). I have replaced:

AM6012 X & Y

LF13201 X & Y

1495 X & Y (both C12/C13 and small corrections 1495's as well)

Tl082CP X & Y (all of them (total of 4)

DAC08CN (only one in X/Y output section.. believe it is used for the linear
scaling circuit)

I am not sure where to go from here. It seems that perhaps it is only doing
this with textual characters and game draws because when I got to the test
screen, only the 0's are skewed (and the tempest spinner line).. the
cross-hatches, plus symbol, outline white box around the whole screens
appear fine... could this be a ROM problem?

The monitor is fine as my friend's working tempest board has no problem.

Any advice is appreciated.
