Hi tek!

I can post a pic of the plus, (hmm reminds me of Vacation when Chevy
and gang went on the "Pig in a poke" show" :-) anyway, I could, but it would
show you a nicely formed plus sign. I can adjust the BIP and I can get a
nice straight/lined up plus.

Side note, on the initial test screen (0's, spiner readout, half screen for
RAM/ROM errors), I mentioned that the 0's were all skewed... well I can
adjust the BIP pots such that I can align all the 0's properly, but then the
external white box outline is completed skewed - and it doesn't really look
exactly right.. then when I return to the game, the picture (of course) is
much worse... but the plus sign is just groovy.

As far as I can imagine it must be somewhere in the BIP adjustment. Do these
pots have any effect when you rotate the settings? Also have I seen many
times
that the wires of the pot's broke off (hard to see untill you wiggle the
pots a
bit). I would take some time to verify that all components related to the
BIP
adjustment (including traces on the PCB) are okay.

Can you post a link to a pic of the terst screen with the lage '+' sign in
it?
This should tell you if it is the X or Y BIP, ot both, which are at fault.

Cya!
