If anyone is looking for Tempest c/t overlays I can suggest they consider
these, at the moment they don't have the lettering (he missed it on the
first run, perhaps has fixed that). The overlay material is a vynal not too
unlike the original, purists won't be happy, but it does fix up a rough
panel nicely.

mailto:Ken.Kumar@cyberplex.com he also makes a nice glass underlay, this
turned out very nice, again not perfect, but a great replacement.
