Joe,

AFAIK, only Star Trek came in a dedicated cabinet (as
well as a convert-a-game.) Tac-Scan, Eliminator, Zektor, and Space Fury
Uprights were all convert-a-games. The other way that Star Trek was wierd
was that even the convert-a-game kit had side art, while all of the other
upright convert-a-games didn't. I've also heard about the Star
Trek conversion kit for other games (like Asteroids,) but there was
definitely a convert-a-game kit for the convert-a-cabinet (although, like
you say, the marquee doesn't say "Convert-a-game".)
