Very very much appreciated.....

As far as AC what about a Variac? This would help cover the early G05 issue.
How many amps should I consider as far as the transformer (s) if not using
factory stuff.. I like the idea of just keeping around spare parts from the
games themselves... Pattern generator only looks to put out a stable non
moving image.. so may not be as good for "burning in" the monitor as far as
stressing it to see how well repairs hold up.. I guess it is more fun to
"burn in" a working game, although I sometimes worry I (we?) enjoy
tinkering with them more than playing them...
