in europe there is a company called 'konig' that makes replica ptc's for just about anything, see if they can help.

if not then maybe its worth saying that most new monitors (vga) use a relay & timer instead of a ptc.
(be carefull with this technique, time the ptc on a working monitor - dont guess the delay!)
