I just acquired a battlezone cabaret monitor missing its deflection
board (untested).
I got a deflection board from a full sized g05 (working I'm told)
thinking that I could put it in the other monitor with only a small
modification (changing a couple of resistors)
BUT!
Slight problem. The 10 pin connector on the monitor (p500) has the key
pin at position 4. The deflection board (issue 6 according to the screen
print) has the Key on pin 5!
pin 4 is a repeat of pin2.
pin5 goes nowhere but there's a hole that looks like a jumper wire could
be attached there.
Anyone know if this board is adaptable for the purpose - and how to do
it? Or have I been sold a lemon?
Anyone got a link to a g05 schematic? the manual i got from spies
appears to be for the early model with the extra regulator board. That
REALLY confused me :P
