At the moment I am only running one EPROM in the board, that at location B1
(enough to run the self-test), and I have changed that socket for a new one.
Unless, of course, the remaining *empty* sockets are somehow causing a
problem? I can't see how, but it still seems damned strange that both
boards have the same problem.
