Greg,
*****
Well thanks again, for the advice and this is
where my problem lies, as I forgot to mention
the obvious, which is, that even though I can
adjust the HV as previously stated, and the Monitor
displays a decent clear picture / focus, I can not get
the B+ Voltage to ever reach 180VDC. In fact the B+ will
only range around 135 VDC to around 170 VDC, or so.
Also I already Raplaced All the ELECTOLYTIC CAPS, as well
as TRANSISTORS Q900, Q901, Q902 and Q903, as well as
a few Resistors. Also Verified All Wiring Connections,
etc,,, as well as checked and reflowed All Solder Joints.
Obviously I would presume that if B+ is low so will the
HV, but have not for the life of me, been able to figure
out what could be causing this to occur in the first place.
Should I recheck the Low Voltage Boardset ???
Arcadius.......... :-)

Set the B+ voltage (orange wire, I believe) to 180VDC (I think that is the
correct voltage; better double check what the schematics say for B+) by
adjusting that pot. Then the HVT control should be in suitable range.
