check the following pins and report what you find,
(NOTE: all pins should be active)

74LS74 - 2M PIN11
74LS04 - 3P PIN3
74LS161 - 3R PIN2
74LS161 - 2N PINS 2,11,12,13,14

that should narrow it down.
