Tell them you will give them $250, and then they can tell the parent Co that
they threw it in the dumpster as junk and write it off that way. (Take
pictures of it in the dumpster for them before you leave with it). Then
everyone is happy. You got a good deal, they got some money to stick in their
pocket (you know they are not going to report it to the parent co), and the
parent co writes it off of their taxes. Everyone gets a nut. ;-) Dean
