Part # identification

I have a TO-202 transistor marked 227-1. Underneath and to the right is a small
K. On the bottom row of text is an M339. The M is the M Motorola symbol I
believe. All of this is with the legs pointing left. The back is marked with
horizontal blue, red, and white stripes. In that order from top to bottom.

Anyone have any idea what this could be? Perhaps a MPSUxx replacement?
