WG6100 neck socket

Does anyone have a WG6100 neck socket for sale? I've got one with a missing contact for the focus .. hence it won't focus! Unfortunately, the focus is a different type to the others so I can't steal an unused one.

Does anyone have anything? Damaged? Good? Are they available new? Part of a dead / cracked neck board?

Any hints, tips, any leads much appreciated, will pay + pay postage from anywhere!
