Can you explain this at all?
 
The document talks of "Foreign Types", i assume then that this is a US
based document, and foreign would be non-US, but what is the difference
between "Foreign" and "WorldWide"?
 
Apologies if i'm being thick, but can you elaborate on what the document
is telling?, for instance it doesn't list manufacturer's specifically,
but is this derived by the tube numbers anyway?...

There are crosses for B&W and color tubes in this, and it is old enough
to be of interest to vector monitor techs and owners. Looks like those
crappy old TVs at yard sales might be worth something after all :)
