I'd suggest looking at the harness :) From the B&W vector
monitor FAQ, page 23:

Asteroids Deluxe
For video inversion on an Asteroids Deluxe upright, Pin 19
on the game board is grounded. For Asteroids Deluxe
cocktails, both X-and Y-video inverts are used, so both
pins 7 and 19 are grounded. For noninverted video output,
pin 19 is unconnected and floats.
