Doesn't look like it. Wiring is clean and neat, with same style zip ties
all the way along the wiring to the different style connector.

Here is a pic of the PSU that was in the cabaret, you can see that the
upper left 15pin header is different.

I was going to post it FS, obviously untested, but just wanted to be somewhat
sure as to what I was selling. It was sold to me as a working BZ from someone
I had 100% success with, so hopefully it's just a wiring oddity.
