'new' vector program data

For those not keeping up with MAME, there have been some
new prototype and previously unknown versions added.

There is an unknown revision of the Tempest program data
which I will host for a few days here:

And a 'later' revision of the Lunar Battle program data
(i.e., later than the previously dumped version that was
owned by Callan and now owned by Scott). Hosted here for a
few days as well:
http://www.ionpool.net/lunarbat.zip

I can only assume there will be more to come in the
future. Hopefully Malibu :)

Oh, and the controls for that popular Cinematronics game
Sundance are now fully emulated in MAME so those with a
hankering can hook up their ZVG and go crazy.
