I mean that DACs are used exactly like in cinematronics monitors, but the
analogic output goes in a 4016 and in a couple of TL082... Anyway... yes,
it as a simple Cinematronics to Hanarex conversion process

I'd venture to say it's more on the 'less' side of looking like anything
Atari.

Those DAC80s would be the DACs used in the Cinematronics to Hantarex
(standard X/Y monitor) conversion process. Which would be, more or less, the
same circuit as used on a standard Cinematronics monitor.
