The problem is consistency. I worked with the ZVG very early on and tried to do
this. The problem is Windows is a preemptive system and unless you keep the
ZVG's queue full on a frame basis, you wind up with uneven vectors - oddball
flickering. Really, a kernel mode driver is the best way to solve all of this,
but sadly there's so much lacking information. I tried to do one a couple of
years back, but was stopped due to lack of information and resources on the topic.
