Tempest encoder bearings still available from Roy?

Hello,
 
    Roy Kaplan made some really great replacement bronze bearings years ago.
I wondered if anyone knew if they were still available?
 
Roy's old e-mail (_chumblespuzz@home.com_ (mailto:chumblespuzz@home.com) )
seems to no longer work. I'm trying to restore a Tempest for a friend that has
a serious "BRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......"
