Battlezone AVG board - capacitor mod

I've noticed on some Battlezone AVG boards that the TL082's at locations
A10 and D10 often (but not always) have an additional (purple mylar?)
capacitor bridged across pins 1 and 2.

Now I have a board where the cap has been broken off (the stubs of the legs
remain on pins 1 and 2) but I've never noted down the value before - what
value and type of cap should this be? There's no indication of it on the
schematics.

Also, would both TL082's have the same value cap?
