Re: G-08 rebuild kit

I thought you might find this useful. I made a list of possible substitutes
for the popular vector monitor power transistors. I have tried a few of
these, not all, but I have gone over the datasheets for all of them and they
look compatible. Some are over-spec'd for the application but they would
just prove more reliable. I made this list because I wanted to be able to
find good solid parts available at my favorite distributors. I thought that
other people have had the same problems sourcing certain parts. I'm sure
some people get hung up because they can't find a new part while all the
time not realizing that subs exist and are readily available.
